How do I create an account?
Open the app and tap "Sign in with Apple", "Sign in with Google", or "Create account with email". Follow the prompts to set up your profile and select your sports.
How do I find a trainer?
Go to the Search tab, enter your location and optionally filter by sport. Tap on a trainer to view their profile and available time slots.
How do I book a session?
On a trainer's profile, select a date and available time slot, then tap "Book Session." The trainer will receive your booking request.
How do I cancel a booking?
Go to your Calendar, find the session, and tap to cancel. Please check the trainer's cancellation policy.
I'm a trainer. How do I join?
When creating your account, select "Trainer" as your role. Complete your profile with your sports, experience, and availability to start receiving booking requests.
How do I delete my account?
Email support@locked-in-app.com with your account email and request deletion. We'll process it within 30 days.
Is the app free?
Yes, Locked-In Fitness is free to download and use for both clients and trainers.
